This place one of several good dining options on the market square of the village of Santanyi but it stands out by going the extra mile for their guest. Extremely friendly and accommodating they will take care of you. The owners are working so close with their team that you can’t guess who they are. They take order, serve, clean tables and make sure everyone is well taken care of. The food is delicious and fresh and the drinks are made to your specific liking. Even when the place is busy you don’t feel rushed or abandoned. Everyone working at this place has been working in the Restaurant business for decades. They know what they are doing. We had dinner on the terrace and opted for shared plates tapas style. The fried baby squids were so crunchy and soft at the same time and the tuna tartare fresh and delicious marinated. The aioli had a surprising kick to it due to being freshly made with a lot of garlic. We had to reorder it as we finished it before our food even arrived at the table. We had an amazing dinner at Inimi. We started with padron peppers and fried squid — both were fresh, tasty, and the perfect way to begin the meal.

For the mains, I had the cod with mashed potatoes and my fiancée chose the seafood pasta. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor.

On top of that, the service was outstanding — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was just perfect.

Some places deserve just more then a recommendation, this is definitely one of them! Excellent food with an unexpected layering of tastes. The hospitality was really friendly including some appreciated jokes as well. As we had dinner at 19hrs, it took until around 20hrs before the place getting the spirit.
