5/5 – Absolutely Outstanding! I had the pleasure of dining at OCRE yesterday and everything was simply flawless. From the warm, attentive service to the beautifully crafted dishes, every detail exceeded my expectations. The presentation was elegant, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the ingredients clearly fresh and of the highest quality.

The atmosphere is both stylish and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Every bite felt like a celebration of creativity and passion in the kitchen.

Food at dinner was expensive so expectations were high. However what came was just salty and lacked imagination in seasoning (fish of the day). It also only came with two tiny slices of potato. Given the octopus starter was carb free, it was only the bread providing calories. I think they need to work on the mains a bit.

Breakfast was excellent on the other hand.

Ocre can be a pricey Restaurant at a luxury 5 star Hotel, part of the small luxury Hotels but we took advantage of their Market Menu back in March which they have on Saturdays for lunch on days of the market in Santanyi where it is located. Great plan to take a stroll on the market and have lunch at the Hotels Restaurant. Food is excellent with outstanding service and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend treating...
