Sublims Gourmet Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Santanyí

We chose this café because it looked very nice from the outside and the drinks menu seemed promising. However, when we received our drinks, we were quite surprised. As you can see in the photo, we ordered a caramel latte. It looked nothing like the picture. It wasn’t terrible, but the photo makes you expect something completely different. There was no whipped cream, and the latte was about 70% ice.

The matcha was also not tasty at all, it just tasted like water. The menu mentioned oat milk as an option, but it wasn’t available either.

All in all, very disappointing, even though the outdoor seating area is really lovely....

Probably the worst cafe experience I’ve had in my life. Drinks are over priced. Coffee was bitter.

My partner had a matcha which we tried to return as it horribly sweet. The waitress first denied there was sugar in it. Then showed me the matcha packaging which was filled with glucose, fructose and dozens of E numbers.

She was also combative and mocked me to a coworker in Spanish (my partner speaks Spanish so told me after).

A nice-looking place and with a great sounding menu but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing.
