Becerrita — Restaurant in Seville

Our hotel reception recommended this restaurant, but it's definitely the worst one since we've been to Seville. The waiters were extremely unprofessional! They gave us a weird look since we stepped in. Dishes were served in an unprofessional manner, waiters even drop the cutlery, which you don't expect in a "fancy" restaurant.

In terms of food the grilled iberian ham was bland, served with fries & nothing special. The ox tail croquettes were so so. The worst thing is the lamb chop, which is the lamb toothpicks with very little meat on, which you didn't expect for that price range. Another thing is they "serve" us one bread each, which was very dry and hard. Then later they charge us €2.9 per bread which tasted terrible and we didn't even order them.

Be mindful that starters will be served PER PERSON and the PRICE is PER PERSON. Meaning if you order 1 starter it will be served for everyone and they charge everyone that price

Overall for that price this is the worst service...

Este restaurante es una VERGÜENZA y una ESTAFA disfrazada de “alta cocina”. Vine con mi pareja buscando TAPAS, y en cuanto pedimos mesa para dos, el camarero nos arrastró directamente al salón más interno, sin preguntar nada. Ni siquiera nos dieron la opción de tapas.

El menú “fine dining” que nos impusieron era carísimo, limitado y nada de lo que queríamos. Pero lo peor fue la sensación de discriminación: nos trataron de forma distinta solo por ser asiáticos. Nos vieron la cara y pensaron que podían estafarnos fácilmente. Esto es RACISMO, así de claro.

Cuando salimos, vimos a otros clientes afuera disfrutando tapas con mejor pan y un menú totalmente distinto. Nos quedó clarísimo: nos discriminaron y nos engañaron deliberadamente.

Un restaurante que decide lo que comes basándose en tu apariencia no merece ni un solo cliente más. Es un lugar deshonesto, discriminatorio y humillante. NO VUELVO NUNCA, y le recomiendo a todo el mundo evitar caer en esta trampa racista.

This restaurant is a DISGRACE and a SCAM disguised as “fine dining.” I came with my partner looking for TAPAS, and as soon as we asked for a table for two, the server dragged us straight into the innermost dining room without asking us anything. We were never even given the option of tapas.

The overpriced “fine dining” menu they forced on us was limited and not what we wanted at all. But the worst part was the clear sense of discrimination: we were treated differently just because we are Asian. They looked at us and assumed they could rip us off easily. That is RACISM, plain and simple.

When we finished and walked out, we saw other customers outside enjoying tapas with better bread and a totally different menu. At that moment, it was undeniable—we were deliberately tricked and discriminated against.

A restaurant that decides what you eat based on how you look does not deserve a single more customer. Dishonest, discriminatory, humiliating. I will NEVER return, and I strongly warn others: don’t fall into this racist scam.

这家餐厅简直就是一个丢脸的骗局！我和伴侣只是想吃点 TAPAS（西班牙小吃），结果一说“两位”，服务员就直接把我们带到餐厅最里面的房间，连一句询问都没有，更别提小吃菜单了。

他们强行给我们的所谓“精致餐菜单”价格高昂，选择有限，完全不是我们想要的。但最糟糕的是：我们清楚地感受到歧视。他们就是因为我们是亚洲人，就觉得可以随便宰客，轻易骗我们。这就是赤裸裸的种族歧视！

当我们吃完出来时，看到其他客人在外面开心地吃着...

We were looking forward to a nice Christmas Eve late lunch, but we’re rushed to our table and immediately told to “diga mi” tell me- the order. We ordered a stuffed artichoke that was the best thing we ate, though not excellent. The pork Wellington was coated in a sauce that tasted like curry ketchup and the Iberian pork with mustard sauce was tough and over salted with mushy vegetables. The cod had little flavor. A couple of the service staff were nice while still trying to rush us out. This is the first time we’ve been given a bill before asking in Spain. I know they were trying to close, but why take a reservation 30 min before close? Sadly, our worst meal in two...
