I felt EXTREMELY HUMILIATED when the guy cashier working around 22:00 on Nov 2nd shouted at me from across the room and everyone was looking at me (he was behind the cashier while I was at the door, it was crowded in the waiting area) because he has called my number and I haven’t received my order. He said they can’t function until I receive my order, I was looking for a table then had to clean it up because none of their crew cleans any tables and a lot of customers didn’t practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). I lost my appetite to eat my meal. I have never experienced such rude service in my life (Mcdonald’s in the USA, Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia). Read moreGood location, quite fast , the only problem is older lady manager that seems always to be in a bad mood I think they suppose to smile and give example the their staff how to be positive , on top of that I was standing outside to order in the window as I had electric scooter with me but nobody served me so I folded it and when for the self service machine after I put my order thru I was told to leave outside and wait for my food , now the question what is the difference between folded scooter that it can’t be in , next to me was woman with suitcase twice size of my folded scooter and that was ok ….!!!
