We tried to eat at this place before but it was fully booked... Today, when coming back from a successful business trip in Cordoba, we decided to try our luck once more...and we got it. A lovely table inside for 3 for late lunch, 15.15!! It is definitely great to get into an Italian restaurant and find that all the staff is TRULY ITALIAN!! The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. I was totally PLEASED to find that knives and forks are the perfect ones for a pizzeria/ restaurant. The napkins seemed made of cloth, but were surprisingly paper!! Small details for OUTSTANDING RESULTS. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, ready to advise you on their favourite dishes. We decided to go for pizza and lasagna...EXCELLENT IDEA AND CHOICE. Great Italian thin based pizza, cruncy, topped with delicious fresh mozzarella and premium products. I could not believe I could match my pizza with MENEBREA BEER, an Italian beer that won gold medal in the past and happens to be one of my favourite beer. Delighted with the food we thought to have a go and try their dessert... The TIRAMISU was creamy and the savoiardi biscuits soaked perfectly, balancing the bitterness of the coffee with the sweetness of the mascarpone light sauce. It is definitely a HOMEMADE TIRAMISU....TRUST ME!! Alessandro, the owner, suggested the cheeesecake...I told him I am a great fun of cheeesecake and it is one of my favourite dessert... I warn him he was risking his reputation... The challenge was on... THE FRESHLY HOME MADE CHEEESECAKE was like touching heaven...The best cheeesecake I had in years...The base cruncy, the perfect firmness of the mixture, nice balance between sweetness with a touch of saltiness and caramelised nuts on top. It has been a real palatal orgasm...spoon after spoon, exciting all the gustative abilities of my mouth. WHAT A DOLCE EXPERIENCE! If you want to live la DOLCE VITA, this is the best place.to experience it here in Seville. I cannot recommend this place enough: a MUST GO RESTAURANT. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment as this is always very busy. Thanks to all the staff and to Alessandro for making it a PERFECT DAY!! 💯💯🇮🇹❤❤❤ WE' LL...
Read moreI absolutely love this place and I am beyond devasted that it's located in another country on another continent because I'd go here at least once a week if I could! I went 6 different times during my time living in Sevilla and got a different dish every time... every single dish was delicious. The service was also top notch, with Diana being the kindest, funniest, and most attentive server I've had the pleasure of meeting. I brought my parents here twice while they were visiting and I introduced all my friends to it; everyone I brought here loved it as much as I did. I truly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and can't wait for the next time I'm in Sevilla because this will be my first stop.
Read moreA restuarant highlight from our time in Seville. From the moment We stepped through the door, you can tell why this restuarant is popular. The team are friendly, polite, organised and professional. They all seem happy in what they are doing. You can see why this place gets booked up quickly. The ordering process was easy. They do great pizzas here but try the other items on the menu. I had the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina which was amazing, seasoned perfectly. Even the waiter who presented the food seemed genuinely pleased to be placing it in front of us and did it with a passion you rarely see. The passion and quality of service continued with our deserts. Very impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. Thank you Very reasonable prices. We will certainly return when back in Seville and have already recommended this place to friends and family visiting Seville. Please NOTE; this review is for Alimentari e Diversi on calle Julio Cesar and NOT Alimentari which is further out of town...
