We came to have lunch. We were not welcomed, the hostess treated us with indifference by showing us to vacant tables. She also walked around with a face like she was doing everyone around her a great favor! We asked both the waiters and the host three times to come over and take our order. Each time we received the answer "wait". Finally, a waiter (thank to her) came up to us and took our order… The pasta carbonara, although fresh, was not very tasty. I am a sophisticated gourmet when it comes to Italian food. And I can say with certainty that I have eaten much tastier carbonara in more modest places in the world. Big disappointment, based on the good reviews we had high expectation which weren’t met. The food was planned and generic, and came out the kitchen so fast after ordering that I suspect it was just reheated in a microwave. The prawn and mushroom risotto came with one prawn and barely any mushroom, yet had an overly fishy after taste and was a mushy consistency. Arrabbiata sobrasada was severely lacking in any sobrasada despite it being specifically mentioned in the menu. It was the kind of meal you could put together in 5 minutes in your own kitchen, not a meal you’d expect from a highly reviewed restaurant. Restaurante COVID FREE. Anoche después de tres meses sin poder ir, volvimos a nuestro restaurante favorito y como siempre no nos decepcionó. Y no solo por la magnífica calidad de la comida, sino por el servicio y seguridad proporcionados. Todo cuidado al milímetro, cada vez que una mesa quedaba libre inmediatamente se retiraba todo, incluyendo el mantel y limpiaban en profundidad tanto mesa como sillas, no quedaba nada sin desinfectar. Los cubiertos nos lo sirvieron herméticamente cerrados, todo individual, tanto aceite como el queso y en la mesa no había ni copas, ni ningún otro elemento que pudiera ser manipulado. Todo el personal iba con mascarillas, y en la entrada y el baño hay un dispensador de gel hidroalcohólico que es automático, por tanto no tienes que tocar nada. Me parece que la espera para abrir, ya que no ha sido de los primeros en hacerlo, ha merecido la pena, y tiene una justificación muy evidente. Es un restaurante covid free, y creo que en Sevilla habrá bastante pocos así, yo desde luego si voy a alguno, será siempre a la Piemontesa. Garantía de calidad en sus platos y seguridad para sus clientes. Dar la especial enhorabuena al encargado del local Fran, por transmitir esa seguridad a todos sus clientes y estar pendiente de cada detalle, sin él el restaurante no sería lo mismo y como no a Miriam y Giovanni y a nuestros queridos camareros Alice, Pilar y Sandra por hacernos sentir como en casa de nuevo. Por cierto, se echan en falta y espero que se reincorporen en breve,cuando la capacidad del local aumente, a Omar, Dani y Pedro, grandes profesionales.

El mejor restaurante italiano de la ciudad. Calidad insuperable en todos los platos. Da igual lo que pidas porque acertarás Y si bueno es el restaurante lo mejor de él son las personas que trabajan allí. El personal es super atento, amable y simpático. Destacando la profesionalidad de Fran, atento a todos los comensales y una excelente persona. Y le siguen Miriam y Lucía otras profesionales excelentes. Por no hablar de sus camareros, Alice, Sandra y Pilar, a cual mejor. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Super atentas, simpáticas y excelentes profesionales.
