SAN ELOY VIAPOL: Actitud nefasta por parte de un camarero en particular. Poco personal para tantas mesas. +

En la primera tapa que me han traído había un PELO, se lo he dicho al camarero y ni se ha disculpado. Un camarero para todas las mesas (20 mesas aproximadamente). Han tardado 15 minutos en servirnos la bebida. Cuando le hemos preguntado si podía tomarnos nota de la comida el camarero nos ha contestado con retintín. No tenían gran parte de los platos de la carta, cada vez que teníamos q cambiar el plato tardaban unos 20 minutos en traérnoslos. Cada vez que pedíamos algo nos miraban con mala cara y se quejaban en voz alta: “otra vez dos vasos de agua..” Sr. Camarero con gafas si llevo esperando media hora a mi comida obviamente me entra sed. Tras todo esto pedimos la cuenta, en la que se habían confundido, se lo dijimos al camarero de la barra (alopecico con gafas) que nos respondió en un tono muy chulesco, vacilándonos y faltándonos al respeto. Tras todo esto pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y el camarero mencionado anteriormente nos llegó a pedir hasta explicaciones alegando que nos había tratado genial (Espero que fuera un chiste) y preguntándome que si yo no había visto cómo estaba el bar; a lo que yo le respondí diciendo que no era mi culpa que solo hubiera una persona trabajando para tantas mesas, los clientes merecemos un servicio de calidad, si no se tienen los medios para ofrecerlo que no abran el bar. En conclusión una experiencia muy desagradable que esperamos no volver a repetir. Una persona que trabaja de cara al público no debe tener esta actitud.

We came as a family of 4 with two young children. We asked the waiter for a table for 4 he’s seemed very annoyed that we were sharing the same air as him. He stormed off. He then returned as ushered us towards the back of the near empty restaurant. The place is convenient just next to Puerta Jerez metro stop and a nice view on Torre del Oro! The coffee place is just next to the exit of a parking so it can be a bit noisy but nothing really crazy. I removed a star because the service was not very warm. Barely a Hello when I arrived and the waiter totally ignored my friend for like 15 minutes when she arrived.
