Casa Ozama is beautiful with a great atmosphere and vibe. The restaurant suggests 18 year olds but if you have a little one with you don’t worry about booking as in outer area it will be perfectly fine.

The menu is beautifully done, as is the drink menu. Pricing is very good for the space, €9.50 for the beautiful cocktails etc… The entrees we had were very good, the “chocos” were done well as were the “croquetas” of meat, the shrimp I was told were good. The Papas with jamon and egg was mid, the fries could be more fried to have better texture. The drinks were well made and very well presented. As for the main dishes, stick to the meat or fish. The pastas are not their strong suit. The carbonara truffle pasta was not carbonara, it was just plain bechamel sauce with a small touch of truffles, also lacked salt so make sure to ask. The lasagna also mid. The best dish was the “solomillo Whisky” the meat comes well cooked and the sauce is very well made, fries also good. The desserts, I liked them very much. The chocolate dessert was great I would compare it to that bubbly chocolate, just the ice cream size was laughable (very small scoop).

The service started off well but as our waiter left, we were left in a limbo with new waiters every other dish. The last waiter was not attentive at all, and was very two faced not being genuinely satisfied to serve.

The bathrooms also need a constant cleaning team as they were disgusting. The outside bathrooms, which have a mixed entry and then split off for the stalls- of men and women - don’t have a clear divide and so you have women in the men’s stalls and men in the women’s stalls. The men’s stalls had tampons on the floor and the women’s toilets had piss all over the seats, I’ve seen nightclub bathrooms cleaner than these so that needs serious work. Anyways you can tell the class of people at any restaurant/venue by the bathroom - so that’s very telling about who we shared the space with.

The dance floor was alright. There was some broken glass that remained there for 2 hours. So again urgently need to appoint a cleaning team. Restaurant Manager is not great..

Thanks for the service and dinner,...

It is difficult to give rating for it because in one night we had two very different experience.

On friday evening first we had an amazing dinner in the 2nd floor and it was flawless! The food and the service was excellent! It was truly great! Our waiter was very attentive and nice.

However we made the mistake that after the dinner we went downstairs for drinks, however the service was very rude, and the bar was overcrowded. I asked for two cocktails one espresso martini and a daiquiri. Probably due to the loud music the bartender misunderstood and prepared a sweppes and martini, but in the meantime I said multiple time that its espresso martini! She still insisted to pay for it after I told I didn’t order order that drink. After someone else came and told that we don’t have to pay for that drink, but paid for the two cocktails I ordered. We waited over 20 minutes when we got the first cocktail, however the second was missing, tried patiently wait however it was not coming at all, after asking where is the second cocktail multiple time the manager came to me that the cocktail is not coming, and they will give me the money back. However, waiting over 30 minutes in an overcrowded, loud bar with quite rude attitude is not ideal on a date night… We went out already quite irritated to the garden where we went to the bar to ask for some drink there, but they said we can sit down and someone will come to us to take our drink orders. But then for 15 minutes nobody came to us I asked one of the waiter to make an order when he said they are not taking our drink order, after probably the manager came and insisted that we should ho back to the bar inside, even though I told him what happened in the bar inside that we waited for so long. But still said we can only sit here if we eat there even though many people were around us drinking. Then we left the place!

So basically from a really good night it turned into a very stressful, bad and bitter experience. And it would be really a one star review, but the service was truly good upstairs, with a super...

This place came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I was not disappointed in the recommendation. From the moment I approached to the moment I left, I really felt and loved the ambiance. This place is super cute with lots of cool photo opportunities throughout. I arrived at 8pm for my 830pm reservation not realizing the restaurant didn’t fully open until 830pm. Nonetheless, they invited us in to have a drink at the bar. We ordered a couple of the “animal” drinks — jirafe & elefante. I personally thought how they were pictured on the menu was just for graphics and was thus pleasantly surprised to see that’s exactly how they are served. Not only were the drinks fun but they also had great taste. We were seated at our table outside at 830pm — and this is where I had my one sour moment of the entire experience — I was immediately under attack by mosquitoes. They brought over some extra citronella candles to help fight them off but it was not working. Unfortunately, I had to request to be seated inside so that I could peacefully enjoy my meal. I was then moved to the top floor indoors where a couple of other guests were also seated. It definitely wasn’t as cool of a vibe as the outdoor seating. The moral of the story is if you are one of those who mosquitos seek out — wear pants when coming to this restaurant. Back on track — service was still consistently astounding throughout. We had a new waiter once we came indoors and he was as equally pleasant as the one outside. At the table, we had the sea bass, oxtail brioche (my favorite dish of the night) and steak. It was...

I had high hopes for Restaurante Casa Ozama, but my visit was a major letdown due to the horrendous service. From the moment we sat down, the waitstaff was oddly rude and completely inattentive. We had to practically beg for their attention, and as a non-Spanish speaker, my guests had to ask five times for an English menu before they finally brought one. The waiters were impatient, offered no explanations about the menu, and made us feel like we were a burden—possibly because I’m not a local. The service issues didn’t stop there. I ordered the Argentinean steer ribeye (26€, as listed on the menu), but they mixed up our own order internally. We requested medium-rare, while someone in our group wanted well-done, and the kitchen got it all wrong, leading to a confusing and frustrating ordeal. It was almost laughable, but it just added to the overall disappointment. That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due—the food itself was good. The ribeye, once we sorted out the mix-up, was flavorful and well-prepared, and the menu had some tempting options like the suckling lamb shoulder tenderloin and classic burger with tomato. But no matter how tasty the food is, it can’t make up for feeling unwelcome and poorly served. I might have considered trying their Iberian pork or truffle pocheri on another visit, but the service was so off-putting that I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with respect and care, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
