A restaurant famous for its beef, but the beef was very BAD and the manager named Geisy colmenares was a RACIST who only speak English. 🤬
My friend and I got a table at dinner. and we asked about the variety and degree of cooking of the steak when placing the order. We ordered the level 3 of cow Tomahawk. As a result, the steak arrived at our table quickly and was raw between level 1 and 2(see pic). We called the waiter , who agreed that the steak was not ready and took it to the kitchen to reheat.
After a while, the steak arrived, but this time the steak, like charcoal, exceeded the level 5. We tried it and it was terrible!😡Then we called the store clerk, but unfortunately no one spoke English, so we had to use a translator to communicate. At that time, the manager DROP her iPhone directly on our other dish, grilled octopus?? She did not apologise or say anything about it. Instead, she took her phone directly from the roasted octopus and pretended nothing happened. 🤡After some communications, she only agreed to remake our octopus because it was her responsibility. She said that with regard to the steak, she will not either remake a new or give us a refund. She was very rude and impatient throughout the process. She kept saying that there was nothing wrong with the steak and that we had ordered it ourselves.
We thought this was ridiculous so we refused to pay for the steak. Then they concluded that we ordered the golden fillet (75Euros) instead of the Tomahawk (65Euros) and they gave us the expensive bill that was completely wrong. This is entirely an incident caused by the wrong order of the waiter, the culinary skills of the chef and the attitude and behaviour of the manager. The employees' entire excuse for this problem was that they didn't speak English. 💩The menu of this store is in several languages. Obviously it is a tourist business, but not even the manager can communicate in English. Eventually they forced us to pay and insulted us with spanish when other customers gone.
If all the mistakes made by the restaurant must have an impact on the customer, where are the customer's rights then? Do we have to pay even if we receive food completely different from what we request?
The staffs said the owner is very close with the president of Sevilla, so matter what happens the owner can use his relationship and money to solve. Can’t believe it’s 2024 and such corruption...

Roasted white asparagus and its tomato sauce were wonderful. I highly recommend this starter especially if you like asparagus.
We picked gold national beef steak to share. We wanted it cooked as medium rare and it was perfect. The taste can be a bit heavy for the ones who like soft steak. This one is a bit fatty but it is also very juicy.
