Selva Coffee — Restaurant in Seville

Ok so I will have to be completely unoriginal and agree with most of the comments I have read… Selva is a great coffee place !

Ella and Kevin are adorable. Their smiles and greetings light up the room and our lives whenever we go into their shop for our afternoon decaf and dessert. Arriving for a month-long stay in Triana to escape our Canadian winter, imagine our delight to hit the jackpot with the first coffee shop we visited ! Including ground coffee to go for our early morning dose in our appartment.

And an unexpected bonus… Nice granola to add to our yogurt and fresh fruits bowl ! And yet, another unexpected bonus… An after-closing spanish wines tasting with a gracious sommelier ! A good time was had by all 🍷 Highly recommended !

We’ve loved our stay in Seville… Especially in the quaint neighborhood of Triana. So much so that we may be coming back ! And we would be looking forward to return to Selva to see Ella and Kevin.

I stumbled upon this charming coffee shop in the heart of Triana, and it was an absolute delight. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the owners, who radiated genuine hospitality.

During our longer stay in Sevilla, we have stumbled into many very good coffee shops, but none are better than Selva.

Kevin is a master coffee maker both in knowledge and his care in preparation….an artist at work! The quality and flavour of their source product are amongst best we have ever tasted, and absolutely try their homemade loaves which equally complement as stellar.

On experience, yes it’s a small shop as some have noted, however every time we arrive, we are so warmly greeted & treated by Kevin, we walk away feeling uplifted.

It’s amazing what great people with such positive attitudes can accomplish and these folks exemplify- the kudos are all earned!

Finally, this shop has been like the crossroads of the world for us - people who love coffee seek such places out and we have met locals and visitors alike for great conversation and insight on Seville and life! This is a place to stand, visit and enjoy these...
