Visited for a group dinner on Thursday 24th July, celebrating three birthdays. We called early that morning to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, but were told we’d be charged regardless, so we went ahead with what turned out to be an overpriced and disappointing experience.
The venue was completely empty — just two other tables and ours. It felt like they were trying to make up revenue from cancellations rather than offering a genuine experience. No idea why a cancellation would be such a loss when there were clearly plenty of empty tables.
Service was awful. Waiters looked like they didn’t want to be there — rude, uninterested, and completely inattentive. It took 30–45 minutes just to place a drink order. When we tried to get anyone’s attention, we were ignored.
The food? Not terrible, but tiny portions with no sides. Definitely not worth the money.
To make things worse, despite being the only large table there, we were repeatedly told to quiet down — shushed, scolded, and treated like we were being disruptive. Of course we’re louder than a couple — we’re a group of 12 celebrating birthdays! If your staff can’t handle groups, maybe don’t accept group bookings.
No one checked in on us. We were given the bill early and left — the night ended on a low, and we didn’t even get the chance to sing happy birthday.
As someone who runs a restaurant and worked in hospitality for years, I left feeling truly unwelcome. It was a complete failure in service.
Only saving grace? The lovely upstairs bartender who greeted us warmly, shared some shots with us as we left, and gave us a proper goodbye. That’s what hospitality is about. Kudos to them.
To the rest of the team downstairs: Unprofessional, joyless, and clearly in the wrong industry. Worst service I’ve ever...
Read moreWe had my birthday dinner and first tried to have a drink on the terrace upstairs. We waited for at least 10 min. and nobody came for our order. When we asked a waitress who tried to avoid us we ordered to beers that did not come. The terrace was nearly empty, so we left to the restaurant without a drink. The restaurant has a nice view on the Mediterranean Sea and was fully booked. There are no specific waiters who help you, but everyone does. I’m not a fan of this somewhat chaotic way of working. The food is heavily overpriced for what they serve. I had a small piece of Turbot with some tiny vegetables, my wife had fish in a Thai sauce with only fish and no sides. The wine list is ok, but nothing special. We were placed next to each other. No one asked us, but when we sat down there was still a view, so no problem. The wooden cheap seats were very uncomfortable and caused some backpains at the point where your back touches the sharp edges of the backrest. We have been at all good restaurants in Sitges and won’t come back in this restaurant unless the food prices drop or the quality drastically improves with these prices. However there were many Spanish guests this is a...

I decided to host my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here. We had traveled from the US to finalize all details on a prior trip and everything seemed squared away. The day of the dinner came and the actual dinner was converted to a "standing happy hour" without our consent. The staff hid the chairs in back of the tables against the wall so all guest didn't have access to it. I had a pregnant guest part of my bridal party that obtained a chair and they told her she could not sit and had to stand. The service was atrocious and as the couple we were embarrassed for this treatment because the dinner was to show our appreciation to our guest . Also it came with a hefty price tag. We complained and all they did was bring the chairs to the front of the tables and offered an extra drink at the end. It was awful and a waste of money. The staff needs to learn to be more understanding and solution driven.
DO NOT DINE HERE. Pretty views but not...
