Asian Home — Restaurant in Tías

Outstanding * There is a reason this place comes up as number 1 and quite rightly so ! We came here for the special menu before 5 pm just over 10 euro per person . I challenge anyone to find a Chinese restaurant anywhere including in the uk that does Chinese food as good as Asian home . Every single dish we had tasted clean , crisp and fresh . The meat in all the dishes, including the beef and chicken we had, had been tenderised, resulting it being the best taste possible, succulent and soft and crispy were needed to give the prefect crunch . We have eaten in many restaurants in Lanzarote of varying range, high end to cheap and cheerful . Price aside the rest of the menu looks fabulous and reasonably priced . This is without doubt the tastiest Chinese food you will ever eat .

The only downfall is that we don’t come here until our final day .

Thought we would give this a place a go after reading the reviews. I'm sure what was going on, but the night we ate there everything was a bit chaotic. We waited a good 30 mins for our starters, but the mains came super fast. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were doing their best and were very friendly but things felt chaotic even though it wasn't that busy.

One thing that was really off-putting was the dirty plates piled upon the floor by the kitchen on the way to the toilet. They were clearly visible and you could see the staff adding more throughout the evening. There must have been 70 plates there with leftover food on them.

With that and the chaotic feeling from staff, but the environment just wasn't very nice. Hopefully, it was just a one-off, but I'm not sure if...

We stayed a short walk from here in an all inclusive, where the food was questionable. We ate out on several nights and have to say, the food here was bar far the nicest meal we had had in such a long time !

We had the set meal A (I think), spring rolls, crispy duck, beef and black bean, chicken curry, rice. We also ordered a kids meal, the portion was more than adequate and less than €5, you could not go wrong.

Each course was hot, fresh and better than the last. All served so promptly, we could not recommend this place enough. Lovely wait staff, lovely food, we had a lovely evening here. And should we visit Lanzerote again, we will be heading back...
