Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The staff were overly attentive when we were outside reading the menu, but this changed drastically once we were seated. Offered drinks twice after already ordering, which isn’t a problem but just shows confusion between staff.
I ordered chicken fajitas, which consisted of two wraps and about 40 slices of the chewiest chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken was so tasteless that it seemed like it was drowned in a cheap pasta bake sauce to compensate.
Food is more expensive than most restaurant so expected it to be better quality but in fact it was even worse than everywhere else.
After we were served, no one came by to check if we needed anything or to refill our drinks. While I was in the restroom, our plates were taken away, so I didn’t have a chance to express my concerns until we were paying the bill. When I brought up the issues to the “manager,” a waitress immediately interrupted, questioning why I hadn’t said anything earlier. I explained that no one came near our table after we received our food, to which she rudely responded that I should have “stuck my hand up.”
What was most shocking was that this same waitress followed us out of the restaurant, talking back to us the entire way. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If this had happened in Ireland, the staff would have been reprimanded by the manager.
In my opinion, this place is a scam. The food is overpriced, and the majority of the staff are rude and act as if they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s a sad way to end what was otherwise an amazing holiday. I would strongly advise avoiding...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Hidden Gem in Lanzarote with Fantastic Live Music!
We stumbled upon Reileys during our stay in Lanzarote, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots on the island. From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely delicious – hearty portions, cooked to perfection, and great value for money. Whether you're in the mood for a full English breakfast, classic pub fare, or something a little more local, Reileys delivers with quality and flavor. The Sunday roast in particular was a standout!
One of the highlights of our visits was the excellent live music. The performers were talented, the vibe was upbeat, and the atmosphere during the evenings was absolutely electric. It really added that extra something special to the experience and kept us coming back.
Drinks were reasonably priced, and there was always a good buzz around the place – whether it was live sports on the screens, quiz nights, or just great conversation with locals and fellow holidaymakers.
The staff really go above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about giving every customer a great experience – always cheerful, helpful, and efficient.
If you're visiting Lanzarote and looking for a welcoming spot with great food, live entertainment, and friendly faces, don’t miss Reileys. Highly recommended – we’ll...

We thought we would enjoy a drink here this evening. Being an Irish pub we decided to order a Guinness each. There were no menus or prices on the tables but sometimes you just have to take people on trust, we knew Guinness would be dearer than the local lager. However, on receipt of the bill we found we had been charged 14 euros for 2 pints. 7 euros for a pint of Guinness is completely over the top for a normal bar and we cannot be sure that they dont make the prices up as they go along.
We have tried several places in Lanzarote, authentic Spanish places as well as many others and we can truly say we have found people honest. This is the first time we have been scammed (sorry - overcharged!)
The locals say you get to know where to go and where not to go and for us this place definitely falls into the...
