Masala - Indian cuisine — Restaurant in Tarragona

I have been visiting this place since September 2021, whenever I am the city of Tarragona. And I have a standard order, spicy samosa chat (i.e., samosa with chole) with beer. When I started ordering it in Sept. 2021, it used to cost around €6, today it costs €8.95. When I inquired about the increase in price, I was told that this is a new addition to the menu so the owner/server is not sure what I am comparing it with; also that he is sewing me at their establishment for the first time. While not remembering is okay, the fact that it is claimed that the food item was never served before is really weird.

Anyway, I have never liked any other food item at this outlet. Samosa chat was the only reason I used...

Delicious, fresh, complex food, made to order, to the exact spice level you wish ! We had butter chicken, and prawn biryani which were so amazing... We've eaten Indian food in many cities in the north of India, New York, cities in Europe, Canada, California, and this place ranks so highly... My only regret is not getting samosas and pakoras which we saw, looking so perfect, at the table next to us. Yummy! The spices are the real deal, house prepared. According to the rating, we went there for dinner. Out of expectation it was awful experience. We ordered Mango Lassi and lassi de Sal as drink and we couldn’t drink none of them. The taste was terrible! We tried lots of Indian restaurants and quite familiar with Indian foods and drinks. We never had such an experience! Lassi de sal smelled like egg and yogurt.
