The coffee is good, their pastries cakes are not bad, but not good enough to justify the very high price not listed anywhere! If I knew it was this expensive I wouldn't have entered in the first place. The place should be marked as at least €€ and not € as it currently is. Their system is not working. They are extremely slow in serving and you need to queue endlesly even if you just have 3 people in front on a normal weekday. It is just absurd. They have enough personnel but just extremelly inefficient. On weekends it is the worst place to go to. People just take over tables without realizing that there are 7 ppl queuing in front of them which means 45 min waiting time. By the time you get a coffee you are angry and tired. Read moreWhile walking through Teguise we were looking for a place to get something to eat on the go. We passed by Matula's Bakery and though we should give it a try.
As others already said its a rather small place and the selection of pastries or bakery products might be bigger somewhere else, but the ones offered here seem to be handmade and are all extremely delicious! We had to take a few pastries with us since we couldn't decide and we were not disappointed at all!
