Surprisingly impressive pintxos (refined taste!) At affordable price (2.5e ish)
I've had a lot of pitxos experience in Madrid but this place was clearly the best. First time in Teguise village in Lanzarote and looking for food, my first impression of Pintxos was that the name sounds a bit like a tourist-trap place.
But quickly I realized I was wrong. We took 4 pinxtos and all were very tasty. Not with some random combination of ingredients but all made sense: jamon iberico with a punch of sweet taste (dried apricot), salmon with crab meat + a bit of wasabi giving it a "peps" taste....

Thoroughly enjoyed the small sandwiches, of which they have multiple types, displayed neatly behind the glass. Such a lovely place that I'm leaving this review almost three months after my visit, having forgotten to do it...
