They have no idea what allergens are despite the menu stating to ask the staff if you have any allergys or intolerances and need assistance.
We ask about soy allergens. They send a waitress who is apparently supposed to know. I ask if the burgers have soy. They say the burgers buns are brioche. YES BUT DO THEY HAVE SOY. IT SHOULD SAY ON THE DAMN PACKET. IT BEING FRICKEN BRIOCHE HAS F ALL TO DO WITH ALLERGENS and if it has soya. Allegens information is important for food safety. If you don't have a damn clue about identifying snd managing them just put on your menu 'don't ask because we know bugger all about it' instead of speaking out your backside.
