On our last day in Torremolinos, we found this Italian place through Google reviews. It was a bit tricky to locate since it's one level below street level, but Google Maps led us right there.

The restaurant was quiet when we arrived since we were early diners. The owner's daughter served us and was really friendly. When we had questions about food preparation, she brought her mom (the owner) who explained how our food would be prepared.

The service was quick and our food arrived piping hot. The sangria was refreshing! I had the linguine frutti di mare - one of the best I've ever tasted. The vegetarian options, including aubergine and cheese dishes, were excellent. The kids' pizza was amazing too.

"L'Clave del Sol" is a hidden gem by the beach that offers an exceptional dining experience. We started with garlic bread with mozzarella, which was a delightful appetizer. The homemade fruit sangria was refreshing and perfectly balanced. For the main course, we had a delicious grilled salmon with vegetables and a PlayaMar pizza topped with shrimp, ham, and pineapple. Both dishes were outstanding! The portions were generous, and the prices were unbeatable.

Located in a quiet and secluded area near the beach, "L'Clave del Sol" doesn't offer a sea view, but the ambiance more than makes up for it. The chillout music creates a relaxing atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with a warm, friendly, and smiling staff. We will definitely return!
