Tiki pinSeria — Restaurant in Torremolinos

The restaurant looks inviting from the outside. You enter and the atmosphere is good inside and out. The problem is, when you sit down to enjoy your beverage there are dogs that roam the restaurant. They were wet from the beach and rubbed up against my clean clothes and then tried to lick me. Then another dog arrives and they begin to growl and fight. Finally, another dog jumps up on the bench beside me and takes a seat and growls at me. This was the last straw. We walked up to the bar, informed them that we were uncomfortable with the dogs, and felt a need to leave. There was no apology. The bartender said, "oh you don't like the dogs?" What a shame! A beautiful property destroyed with the presence of mis-behaved pets. We live very near by and would love to try their menu but, now I'm not sure that we will go back. It was suggested that I ask for the "book of claims" so that the owner is made aware of what is driving...

Came to the tiki Mexican restaurant this evening really looking forward to trying the food, only to be refused a table for myself, my partner and my 2 kids as we had a buggy with us. They would not allow us to fold the buggy down and directed us to this sister restaurant , tiki pinseria,and advised that we could ask for the mexican menu over there. We went across expecting to be able to order from the Mexican menu as advised , but we were then told we had to make a phone call to the Mexican Tiki across the street and have them deliver it over to us. I asked why we were not allowed in the tiki Mexican and mentioned that this was discrimination against families who had kids with them and I was told “if you don’t like it leave”. I never left a restaurant so fast, a place with service like that won’t be getting a cent from me. Avoid at all costs, absolutely...

The bad service already started when we came in. 3 staff members dit not welcome us. The fourth did and asked a colleague to give us a table. We ordered pinsas, one thick one thin. We both received thick. Also I ordered a coconut banana smoothie. I received a pink one. My boyfriend asked the male server if this is the coconut smoothie, he said yes. I took a sip and tasted strawberry which i am lightly allergic for. I asked him again specifically, banana coconut pineapple? He said yes again. Then I asked him how it got pink. His answer was: The machine does that.. I went to the bar and asked the smoothie maker which smoothie she made and she shows me the mango strawberry one. The male server stood next to me and said that I showed him that one....
