Burger King — Restaurant in Torrevieja

We have been to burger king after our tour of the salt mountains we came here for lunch and we ordered and it came out to €39.70 for 2 Naruto meals a salad and a hamburgers or whoppers we waited for ages and we were hoping that I'll order we'll be ready soon and we waited absolutely ages it was a bit like I could make a cup of tea and come back and it will be ready we went to the counter and ask them to give us our drinks because that was a 60 minute time on the QR code but we didn't know if it activated when it was printed from the self-service machine or activate when you scan it so she gave us the drinks and a few minutes later our food came and we brought a size XL and L but we got a extra large which we didn't ordered the employe said "I couldn't find a L size t-shirt" we got our ice cream and that was deliciousl this was a very bad experience and it's safer just to go somewhere else like McDonald's or KFC I wish I could give it 0 stars also I looked into the kitchen and I only saw four staff members cooking the food when are food with ready it was just sat on the side waiting to come out the kitchen and I didn't understand why no one was bringing it over when it finally reached our table my burger was cold not even lukewarm my fries we're cold I want to go back and get my order redone but I couldn't be bothered to wait all that time again overall I'm very disappointed with my experience and hopefully when I go again...

Escrito hoy 8 08 2025 , hora 20,00 . Bueno , para empezar quiero decir que llevo años comiendo en este Burger king desde hace 4-5 años ó más . Este año he decidido de cómer igual con mis niños , hice el pedido en la maquina , pasando mi aplicación , todo correcto y a esperar . Y esperar , esperar , unos 40-45 minutos para recoger el pedido , mucha gente no habia en el restaurante y esperaba al principio despues de hacer el pedido que más o menos en 10 min. se podia coger el pedido , pero no ha sido asi . Los niños se han puesto muy tristes y hambrientes , parecia que nos prebaraba unos sushi muy complicados y unas chuletas cuando en realidad pedimos lo de siempre y los más cómunes menus . He remarcado la presencia de un vigilante de seguridad dentro , lo tipico en los supermercados ó en alguna oficina publica , abriendo la puerta para controlar el aforo creo . Me toca recoger por fin , el chico que me entrega el pedido hablaba y entendia bastante mál el español por el accento parecia frances pero bueno , esto a olvidar . La sorpresa vino cuando he ido a la maquina para servir refresco , eligiendo Fanta , me sale agua pura sin ningun sabor , luego elijo Té y me sale igual agua pura en los dos surtidores , decido de tomar un Cola cero-cero y aqui si que me sale agua con gas el más cero-cero posible . Desesperado busco al azar una bebida y por fin me sale Fanta naranja cero azucar ! Wow!!! Fantastica realización para mi . Y luego he descubierto que la coca cola normal sale normal y la limonade igual . Fantastico otra vez ! He olvidado que en el menu grande de whooper he pedido una ensalada para evitar las patatas y abriendo la caja con ensalada tengo la gran sorpresa encontrando 4-5 hojitas de lechuga y dos rodajas finas de tomate . Super digo , ahora a comer pero no encuentro en las bandejas el tenedor ,tampoco servilletas asi que he ido otra vez saltando la cola de espera para pedir . Vuelvo a la mesa , saco feliz el tenedor de la bolsita de papel pero no encuentro el aliño ( vinagre , sal y aceite ) . Pero he preferido de comer tal cual las pocas hojitas de lechuga y saboreando las dos rodajas de tomate medio enojado y la promesa que yo por aqui no vuelvo pasar ni si fuera el ultimo Burger King del mundo . A la hora de salir le digo al vigilante : Servicio penoso , voy a poner una reseña mala . El me contesta : pongala . Pues aqui esta . P.D . Los responsables de la red de Burger King saben lo que pasa en este restaurante ? Tantas reseñas negativas creo que necesita tomar unas medidas , a que si ? Me da lastima por los pobres trabajadores de ponerles una queja , los que tienen la culpa son los que les reclutan , existe un departamento de RH tambien en la red...

Really bad service. I came in for an ice cream while waiting for my afternoon plans. There was one food order in front of me and no one else in line. The cashier wasn’t doing anything for anyone’s orders and just kept talking about something “jodida” and other profanity to her coworkers. Another coworker brought to her attention that I had been waiting for a while, and she said, “Oh she has no food she’s just waiting for ice cream” then just stops around and waited until the food order came from the kitchen before she did anything for me order. I asked for my cup for my soda to drink while waiting, and she said I’d have to wait for that. After about 20 minutes, she gave me one half-filled iced cream. I had a second one and finally got it after having to pull my receipt out of the trash. So 10€ for two small ice creams and soda. Uncomfortable atmosphere, unprofessional...
