Restaurante La Terracica — Restaurant in Torrevieja

I go to Fresco in Lo Pegan and La Zenia frequently because the service and food is always of an excellent quality. As we were in Torrevieja, We decided to stop for a snack with the same level of service and food quality. Sadly, we were very disappointed. Firstly, we waited excessive time to be served even though the place was only half full. When we were served, it was with a brash tone so assumed that it must have been a stressful day for them (no excuse).. Then, when the order came, they had made a mistake and brought the wrong menu item which I had to send back.. They then got the drinks order wrong also. When the correct food came, we found that the tikka wrap was 95% salad and the wrap itself, very dry... Finally, when we asked for the bill, it was another 15 minutes before it was brought to our table... Sadly, we won't be returning to Torrevieja fresco... Disappointing as always so good in La Zenia...

The pizza was good, on a good dough, with delicious toppings. But it was not worth the time that we waited for the order. For about 15 minutes we were only trying to catch the eye of the waiters, then we waited another half hour for the pizza to be brought to us. During this time, the drinks warmed up or ran out. It turned out that they forgot to punch the order at all. Happens. But it didn't just happen. Those 4 waiters that we saw clearly could not cope with the load, they were distracted by unnecessary conversations, took out the trash, walked slowly through the hall and almost did not work according to their position. Perhaps some of them are inexperienced, but while we were waiting for our pizza, we had a good look at almost everyone. They treat you according how much you spend.

We went there a few times, the food is really good and the place is nice. However, the staff assist you depending on how much you spend and they could be horribly rude if you are just having a drink and not the full menu! there was a black hair young lady who served us and she was very kind, the next day my husband and I ordered coffee and she asked: is that all you want? we said yes, her face changed and then she forgot about our drinks, we tried to call her and she blatantly ignored us ,finally we ordered again and she came back nearly throwing the coffee at us, the nice lady turned into a monster!
