El new faro — Restaurant in Torrevieja

The place is a robbery. The waiter was giving a bad vibe, was rushing us to order and to pay. Ordered 1/2 Octopus which was basicaly on of the octopuses leg cut in a more pieces served on a small plate within a big plate, 5 sliced potatoes and the octopus pieces places on the sliced potatoes dipped in a lot of oil salt and paprika, definetly not worth 13.90Eur. Asked another waiter for a small bottle of water, he completely forgot about it then I made him a sign to bring me the water and he brought me a beer instead, then he brought me a big water after I reminded him that it's water I wanted. My wife ordered a pizza, which was basically a frozen supermarket pizza that was burned and slightly dry. When we sat the 1st waitress rushed to ask us what we want to order as soon as we sat without even offering us a menu. I was being nice with them and smiley because I myself worked in this domain but this is not an attitude towards clients. It was a pity to pay 34 eur and leave the place still hungry but on the top angry. Do not recommend you will be disappointed with the portions and the food quality also the anchovies that you pay 11 years at this place you can get in other places with 5 to eur for the same quantity of portion. I thought it's only one waiter that had a bad day but then I saw 90% of the staff having the same attitude towards other clients. Perhaps they have bad...

A perfect experience : the food is very nice, definitely fresh and tasty, served in generous proportions ; the staff is very professional, friendly and doesn't force you into consuming more than needed ; the prices are very reasonable !

Pedimos unas cervezas para empezar , jugamos al futbolín y decidimos pedir unas Ali-oli y una fritura individual .

La ración de patatas son patatas asustadas con una Ali-oli que no sabemos de donde ha salido con 4 patatas mal servidas … La ración de fritura ha sido como el título de un libro famoso : ‘ crónica de una muerte anunciada ‘ , calamares congelados duros , el cazón que no es cazón porque tiene espinas , se te queda encajado en la garganta , para sentir como es morir viene genial , además no estaba ni adobado , creo que el pescado sobrante se ha pescado en la playa más próxima ,total que es para morirse .

Los camareros han sido amables , pero la persona que trajo un plato ha sido borde y ha soltado el plato como si fuéramos esclavos en un campo de algodón en el siglo XIX , me he sentido totalmente mal.
