FLOR DE LA CANELA — Restaurant in Torrevieja

After many years eating terrible in Torrevieja with menus with pre-cooked food, ultra-frozen potatoes, kebaps and pizzas. It's a shame having a port with fresh fish and local products are not reflected in the restaurants. One day I came across this Peruvian restaurant "La Flor de la Cinnamon" I am familiar with Peruvian gastronomy (one of the best in the world) for more than 20 years. I encouraged myself to eat

Llamamos antes de ir para preguntar si tienen el local climatizado, nos contestan que tienen aire acondicionado y además ventiladores. Llegamos después de recorrer varios kilómetros, el ambiente dentro estaba cargado y fue desagradable: no tienen aire acondicionado, el ventilador era chiquito para un restaurante. Nos dijeron que limpiarian la mesa pero la camarera pasaba y pasaba y ni caso. Mientras, miramos la carta y vimos que los precios eran desorbitados, como si se tratara de un restaurante peruano en condiciones. En fin, aún así esperamos, ya que habíamos hecho el desplazamiento. El señor de la barra salió y se fue a fumar su tabaco y nadie nos atendió. La música desagradable y alta. El local dentro tenía 29°. Una sola camarera para todo el local. No lo recomiendo para nada.

*La respuesta del dueño de "Flor de la canela" describe muy bien su poca experiencia y profesionalidad al gestionar una empresa. No sabe gestionar las críticas, además de hacer una descripción que sería de otros clientes puesto que el día que fuimos no había nada de.lo que menciona.

No obstante, le envío un ejemplo de cómo saber gestionar una opinión de un cliente o posible cliente por si le pueda aportar algo. La restauración en España, es maravillosa y si se trae otro concepto de gastronomía bienvenida sea. La gastronomía Peruana es muy buena, la he comido muchas veces, pero sea de cualquier país de donde venga debería ir de acordé a la cultura y adaptada a la sociedad.
