Namm & Gastronomic — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Eaten here a few times over last 3/4years but last night was dreadful, hygiene needs dealing with ASAP. Husband and went in for evening meal and whilst waiting for our dessert I visited the ladies. Those of you have have eaten here and used the facilities will know both men & ladies are situated by the kitchens. Whilst waiting in a queue I spotted the young waitress preparing 2 fruit cocktails which husband and i had ordered. I also spotted her licking her fingers after catching them on the fruit and still carrying on touching the fruit in the serving glasses and whilst adding the sprig of garnish on the top, then she pinched a piece of fruit and popped it in her mouth. Regardless of what country this bad hygiene is totally unacceptable. I had hoped my husband would've waited for my return before starting his dessert but he had started on it, once I'd told him what I'd seen, he refused to eat , anymore and i certainly didnt. This place we will not use again. This young waitress needs to be sent on food hygiene course immediately. Date of visit...

We have eaten here a few times over last 2/3 years, alas this time whilst waiting for dessert I visited the ladies room. Those of you who know this place will know the facilities I question are situated by the kitchens, not a issue but whilst I was waiting I saw the young waitress preparing 2 fruit salads which h husband and I had ordered, whilst she was dishing g up the prepared fruit she was getting the juice over her finger which she just popped in her mouth!!!! Then carried on touching the fruit in the dishes, pushing garnish into the fruit popping fingers in her mouth. Sorry whichever country you are in that is definitely unacceptable and this girl needs to get on a hygiene...

Het eten viel tegen. De lasagne was één bonk gesmolten kaas, de gamba’s waren niet goed schoongemaakt (knarste van het zand), maar de spaghetti was ok.

Maar dan de locatie... je zit naast een mega kermis waardoor je continu in allerlei bellen, rinkelen, vervormde muziek en gillende mensen zit. Het restaurant probeerde dit te verbloemen door zelf ook nog maar harde muziek aan te zetten...

Helaas maakte de bediening het niet veel beter. Er kon geen glimlach vanaf en onderling werd ook alleen maar naar elkaar gesnauwd.

Mocht je nog gebruik willen maken van het toilet, dan is er één toilet voor drie restaurant en alle andere bezoekers van de boulevard.

Kortom, doorlopen en opzoek naar iets anders. Het kan in ieder geval niet...
