Le pongo una valoración de 1 estrella por el siguiente motivo!! Cuando estamos llegando a la tienda vemos de lejos a las 22:02 como empiezan a atender a 4 personas con sus dos perros, y al llegar nosotros 22:03, ya nos dicen que se encuentra cerrado!!! Si tienen un horario lo entiendo perfectamente, pero hablamos de empatía ya que íbamos con dos niñas ansiosas de poder disfrutar de los helados. Prefieren plegar a su hora sabiendo que ya no había nadie más en el paseo y que hubiéramos sido los últimos, que ver a 2 niñas disfrutando de su helado. Han perdido la venta de 5 helados!! Simpatía 0 y empatía -10. Gracias por nada

Lamento que mi reseña haya sido recibida como una falta de empatía hacia su equipo, cuando en realidad expresaba una decepción real como cliente y padre. Comprendo el esfuerzo que implica su jornada laboral y valoro el trabajo que hacen, pero también creo que la atención al cliente no debería perderse, incluso al final del día.

Mi reseña no fue por llegar fuera de horario esperando un trato especial, sino por ver cómo atendían a otros clientes justo antes de nuestra llegada, para luego decirnos que ya estaba cerrado. Esa diferencia de trato es lo que generó frustración, especialmente cuando íbamos con dos niñas pequeñas.

Decir que no tengo educación o que hago esto con frecuencia está fuera de lugar. Esta fue una experiencia concreta, y como cualquier cliente, tengo derecho a compartirla. Una respuesta profesional habría sido mucho más constructiva que señalarme a nivel personal.
