This place is definitely one of the best options for Chinese food in the area. Highly recommend trying the cold ramen (韩式冷汤面), deep-fried tofu (炸豆腐), and the spicy cold chicken (口水鸡) — all delicious!

However, the atmosphere could be improved. The inside is quite smoky with strong smells from the open kitchen, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The outdoor seating is right next to a busy street with constant cars and buses, so it’s not very relaxing either. It would be great if the restaurant could install a covered outdoor tent to make the dining experience...

Probably the best restaurant for Chinese cuisine in Valencia due to its authenticity in the flavor. I’ve always been a difficult one when rating and commenting those restaurants serving Chinese food in the city. And in most cases I just give up rating them because I don’t wanna leave a one star or two stars although they’re all such a disappointment. But Bar 115 is way better than the rest of them.
