Flying Bean Coffee — Restaurant in Valencia

Went here for breakfast and ordered:

Two americano 1 Covid Sandwich 1 Toasted Bread with Avocado 2 Orange Juice Total: €26

One of the things that I would say that didn't please us much was that the coffee was being served at the very last of what we ordered, which is very rare to happen. First, we got the two orange juices that weren't served equally, followed by my toasted aguacate, then finally, the covid. Waiting time for coffee and sandwich/toasted bread was longer than anticipated, which is sort of okay because we can see that everything is prepared on the spot except the orange juice, which is already in a jug, ready to serve.

My husband and I enjoyed what we were having though my bread wasn't that warm anymore and as crunchy. And the sandwich was good. The coffee was good as well, and we're hoping that the coffee could've been served along with the juice first, especially for my the covid sandwich because of its strong flavor, which overpowers the taste of the good coffee.

We're more than happy to visit again, and we would appreciate it if all beverages could serve first while waiting for the main sandwich or toasted bread. Also, it would have been nice to have more pastries on the...

The food offered is delicious, having been here multiple times over 3 weeks, I sampled various options from the menu and was always impressed and never left disappointed.

Loved the co-working space, with my usual day involving video conference calls I needed somewhere with reliable, very fast Internet speeds and that's exactly what the co-working space offered.

The service from the staff is the best and so friendly, always happy to have a chat and laugh with everyone who drops in.

Without a doubt, when I'm back in Valencia this is one place which will be a must...
