Read moreI'm sure this place is better than what we got. We arrived all starving and wanting to enjoy an outside terrace meal. We found that there were seats available on the terrace and we were told to sit by one waiter and later I'm guessing the waiter who runs the outside told us it was reserved. So they put us in the very first table by there entry way. The waiter I'm sure lied since no one took the table outside as well as never told us when one of the tables freed up. Comenzamos nuestra degustación con Anchoas caseras de calidad. La Croqueta negra de chipirón con un exterior crujiente y un interior cremoso que resalta el sabor del marisco, la Ensaladilla con huevo de codorniz y los buñuelos soufflé de bacalao, ligeros y esponjosos, son un ejemplo perfecto de la habilidad del chef para elevar platos tradicionales a un nivel gourmet. La Lubina a la espalda, preparada con maestría, destaca por su frescura y la perfecta cocción que conserva toda su jugosidad y sabor natural.
Bocado ofrece una excelente relación precio/calidad/placer, con opciones de vinos que complementan perfectamente los platos del menú y elevan la experiencia culinaria.
