Burger King — Restaurant in Valencia

This Burger King fools people with wrong prices! We wanted to order a King Fusion ice cream for 1,50€ because that’s the price that was shown as an advertisement in front of the Burger King. When ordering, the price was twice as high and we asked her for the offer. The lady then said that the cheaper price only refers to a menu combo and not to an individual ice cream. We then paid 2,80€ per King Sunday. After having received the ice cream, we sat outside and saw the advertisement and then I went in with a picture of the ad and showed it to the cashier and compliant to her. The cashier then said that the price is only valid when telling her about the offer and e.g. showing her a photo of the advertising and if you don’t do that, they charge full price. I told her that I complaint about the price and she then said that she won’t change anything. Super unfriendly and...

The place was literally disgusting, not dirty but straight up disgusting. Every single table both outside and inside was dirty, the floor and ground outside were covered in food and trash. The numbers for the tables(idk what they're called), that were obligatory to pick when ordering, firstly weren't there at the screens but we had to take one from a table, second were covered in gunk, extremely dirty. Also there were tweakers running full speed into the bathroom. The service was super slow and the food didn't even taste good. I'm sure the fault wasn't of the employees, but still an...

After a nice day at the beach, went with my friend to BK to get some shakes He got his order alright, but in my case, instead of my strawberry milkshake... Got something else, when I went to change, I got some weird mushy sugary drink

First of all, got my order wrong, second of all, you mess up a milkshake, making it all liquid and undrinkable

Just avoid this place, there are many other good restaurants and other Burger Kings as a matter of fact that you could go to
