We seem to have had a different experience to most reviewers. We went in around 8pm for a light dinner and were excited based on the reviews.

We told our waitress we didn’t want anything to drink and she stared at us for an uncomfortably long period of time just blinking at us, which was weird. We don’t always get drinks and for the past week we’ve been traveling in Spain we had not had any server respond that way.

We ordered the croquetas which were fine (nothing to rave about), the spicy patatas bravas which were not spicy (also wish the two sauces had been mixed together before plating). We got the pork secret dish, which didn’t have much flavor, and the smoked sardine toast with tomato, which we had a hard time eating (and was way too big).

All the food came out within 2-10 minutes and you could just tell the food have been prepared way earlier because it tasted that way.

Sadly, this place did not meet our...

As a certified patatas bravas connoisseur, I can confidently say that the best patatas bravas in Spain is served here, at this cozy and welcoming tapas bar. The homemade sauce was nothing like I’d tried before, it was sweet, tangy, fruity and had a nice kick - it was explained that they use peaches from the central market to make in their sauce and you can taste the difference straight away.

We were bar hopping for the night and had just ate but could not resist ordering the tuna tartare and calamares which were also delicious.

Moreover the service was amazing, Elisa was so kind and easy to vibe with and even surprised us some crema de arroz at the end to try (though we tried it in Albufera the day before, sorry again lol) which was very sweet of her!

Such a fun and friendly place which is made better by the staff - come here for the patatas bravas at the...

We stayed in Valencia for 3 nights and we ate here...3 times. One lunch, two dinners.

Why? Because it was really, really good.

Each time we ordered something new, each time it was absolutely fantastic. The menu is fairly small (which I like), about 20-25 dishes I suppose -- but they have perfected each one that we tried.

The general vibe of the place was wonderful too. Very relaxed, very friendly. Mainly locals, which is a good sign. We sat outside to soak up the atmosphere -- and the beer. It does get busy though, so I'd recommend getting there for about 7PM for dinner.

If you enjoy a steak, I'd highly recommend what they have to offer. It was perfectly cooked. Very tender and soft and I loved that it was covered in salt flakes. It was accompanied with fried potatoes and vegetables.

Highly recommended!
