Kamado Asian Food — Restaurant in Valencia

We stopped at Kamado with our hungry kids and ordered a starter plate Chicken and rice . When the plates arrive the kids took a bite and we saw that the meet was bloody and other pieces just had pure Skin in it and no meet. We called the waitress who contested that she is Not the Cook and cannot do anything. Advising her that the food is not edible and a Health risk. She took the plates. We then said we decided not to eat here but will pay for what we consumed. They would not let us leave with two hungry kids. They stated they call the Police but after one hour waiting we called the police as one of the staff was rudely attacking and trying to grab my friend as she was trying to get to her daughter to calm her. The same guy was wearing an extremely dirty outfit, absolutely disgusting to see and imagine he would be involved in food preparing. He went inside had a drink and a laugh with his colleagues. When the police finally arrived the staff was no longer smiling. We filed 2 complaints. In the pile there were 3 more complaints not attended, the copy still in the pile and not handed to the complainant. I showed the pile to the police. We agreed to pay for the 2 children dishes and drinks we had but the service had entered further items to the bill which we did not order nor...

This place has potencial - this is a mixed review. The restaurant is classy, the terrace overlooks the city of arts and science, the food was good, even the toilets were fine. However… We were given two starters we didn’t ask for and returned them The vegetarian massaman curry promised to come with tofu instead of meat - it didn’t contain tofu When we asked about the lack of tofu, we were told they will get back to us. They didn’t. Some dishes they say are adapted for vegetarians may contain fish sauce! When asked about lack of starter as we had received our main, we were told they come as they are ready. My starter never came. We ordered a bottle of wine and a 2nd glass. The 2nd glass took 10 min to arrive. It’s an Asian restaurant - I asked for some spicy sauce and again asked a while later only to be told that they are looking to find some?

Nice setting, decent food, but I felt uncomfortable whole time because there was always a problem.
