🔹 Horrible Dining Experience: My family and I recently visited Neco Buffet in Valencia, Spain, hoping for a pleasant lunch outing. Unfortunately, our visit turned into a nightmare. The food quality was subpar, leaving much to be desired. But that was just the beginning of our ordeal.

🔹 Unsanitary Conditions: As if the disappointing food wasn't enough, the condition of our table was deplorable. To our shock and disgust, we encountered a cockroach on our table while we were eating. This blatant disregard for hygiene is completely unacceptable and a clear violation of basic standards.

🔹 Unprofessional Management: In an attempt to address our concerns, I called over the manager to share our disappointment. However, instead of demonstrating any professionalism or concern, the manager chose to embarrass us by yelling and shouting in front of the entire restaurant. This level of unprofessional behavior is simply inexcusable.

🔹 Escalation to Security: To make matters worse, when I expressed my willingness to settle the bill despite the appalling experience, the manager called for security. It's shocking that a customer's dissatisfaction would be met with such an extreme response.

🔹 Threat of Police Involvement: In an effort to seek justice, I even suggested involving the local police to address this matter appropriately. This should have been a wake-up call for the manager to rectify the situation, but instead, it only highlighted their lack of responsibility.

🔹 Social Media Alert: I want to ensure that no one else falls victim to this dreadful establishment. I informed the manager that I would take this issue to social media to raise awareness and prevent others from going through the same nightmare. Future customers deserve to know about the unsanitary conditions, unprofessional behavior, and overall lack of respect for patrons at Neco Buffet.

🔹 Final Thoughts: It deeply saddens me to have had such a horrendous experience at Neco Buffet. I implore all potential patrons to steer clear of this establishment. Don't be fooled by its appearance; the reality behind the scenes is far from pleasant. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Neco Buffet at all costs.

The buffet has a great variety of items from fresh and luscious salad, three kinds of paella; chicken, pork and seafood to delicious desserts. There are also sumptuous cold dishes plus desserts with fruits and cupped ice cream. They also provide patio seating with a good view of Arts and Science Centre. I have one dissatisfaction about one particular bald male waiter who greeted us at the door and escorted us to the table. He was particular that we chose a table for four and he directed us to a table for two. While enjoying my foods, he was watching and staring my whereabouts and staring at my action. We ordered and said we need only one bottle of mineral water for two persons to share and he had an unprecedent look and showed displeasure. He swiftly took the second bottle away and saying some Spanish words that I could not comprehend. The other staff were courteous and polite, taking my plates away when I finished. Only one particular bald male waiter showed a very awkward attitude towards his guests. The food choice is beyond normalcy and one particular waiter's courtesy and unruly behaviors were unbearable that the restaurant deserves only...

This place was quite nice. For the most part, the food was delicious and we got to try out different dishes. There were a lot of options. A few salad options, a few rice and pasta opinions and at least 3 or 4 different meats to choose from. There were some dishes that I liked more than others. Some of the food seemed a bit mushy/overcooked or just not right. But it wasn't that big of a deal since you can go and pick something else. There were many desert and cake options. You can even add whipped cream and sprinkles if you like. Some things we did not like- the drinks did not go in the price even though it said it on the website that the first drink will not be counted. The price was 14.35 when we went. It was on a Sunday. Not too bad. The other thing we did not like was that we had to wait outside for a while because it was quite full.
