bad food, worse service. really not recommended

me and my girl friend entered the store and were looking at the food and got ignored by three girls standing there laughing and chatting. one guy was in the kitchen. after a spanish speaking customer called them one of them came. she could not speak english but a second colleague helped here out. that was ok.

we ordered cake, cappuccino and an avocado toast. cafe and cake can quickly, within a few minutes. the cake tasted like it was from yesterday and put into the freezer. the consistency was wet/watery.

took them like 20 minutes to prepare the toast. keep in mind that the store was empty. 4 employees. also they did not bring napkins. the guy working there brought napkins and cutlery to the table next to us (she was a girl obviously) they just didn’t care about us and showed that. then the toast came and it was burnt and very bad done. like with no effort. we were still hungry but decided to eat...

On the way to the beach we decided to stop here for a lunch. So we got some toasts with a drink and a coffee set plus we got some cookie and a pistachio dessert. My toast with salmon and avocado was delicious. The fish was soft and melted in my mouth, bread was fresh, soft inside and crunchy outside. Pistachio dessert was a bit strange- it absorbed some scent from the refrigerator. Overall our experience was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming, speak good English. We had breakfast in this coffeeshop in the heart of Cabañal: I had toast of Jamon serrano and matcha latte. It was delicious. The atmosphere is very good, usually is full of people, but we always manage to get a table. They also sell bread to take home. It is very good and fresh.
