My search for Indian food took me to Sanders Craftbeer page. I couldn't resist visiting this place after reading great reviews about Indian food as well as about the amazing "Swedish Meatballs" took me here. The place is owned by a Indian-Swedish couple who are very friendly and welcoming. I was delighted to see pure vegetarian food made by Shobha with so much to chose from and one of the best Indian food if not the best. It's an Indian restaurant like no other (and yes I have travelled a fair bit). Being vegetarian, I cannot say much about the Swedish meatballs though but will definitely miss the homebrewed craftbeer by Sander. A must visit place if you are in Valencia even for a day.

We found this gem when walking around Valencia visiting the City of Arts and Science area on a hot day and wanted a cold craft beer. This craft beer exceeded our expectations. My husband ordered the Midsommar IPA (he said it was tasty and juicy) and I was craving a wheat beer but no wheat showing on tap. The owner let me know that he had a small batch going and I tried it and it was exactly what I wanted and ordered a pint (delicious). Then we tried the Baba's coffee stout and it was honestly the best coffee stout we have ever had. It was creamy and smooth, no bitterness at all. We would recommend trying this place out if you like craft beers! The owners were super friendly!

We have been looking for a local home brewed craft beer place in València for a while and love that we finally found Sander’s Bar! I tried the Invencible Ayurveda Ajantha that was so delicious if you enjoy light beers like me! I didn’t try any of the food but I definitely want to go back and try their mix of a menu—Swedish/Indian! The location is close to the city of arts and sciences and it’s all shaded which is great for the summer months. But be aware the mosquitos are out and about during the summer! The beers are more pricey but it’s delicious (and home brewed)! If you have a dog, this is a great patio to take them to! Nice and breezy and you can enjoy a beer!

Interesting place with very friendly lady meeting guests. Important is what is you are looking for coming here. The food is quite specific, not the Indian style in the common understanding. It is almost not spicy and mostly vegetarian. The menu is only in Spanish and having in mind the names of most plates contain their Indian names it is very difficult to understand what you are ordering. In addition there is no any idea about the size of the ordered item. The food is heavily overpriced. One item we were adviced for contains two small pieces totally the size of an average muffin. That item costs 24,50 Euro. The only fish available was salmon, proposed on pancake. We ordered one, but with fried potatoes. Well, this is out of the standard menu, but it seems strange for the price to see frozen potatoes heated in the microwave. We didn't try the craft beer, so I cannot comment on it. Probably this is the item which creates so high average value of the reports. But if you are looking for a place for good dinner close to the sea this is...

Great microbrewery located near the City of Arts and Sciences! The owner and his wife are very kind and welcoming. The brewery/restaurant is quite small and cozy. He brews all the beer himself and him and his wife do all the cooking for the food. After chatting with him for a bit, he suggested that we don't want to miss out on the wonderful Indian food made here. We explained that we had strict dietary requirements as vegans. He was very accommodating and asked what we could not eat and states that they would custom make a meal for us! We return the next night and were warmly welcomed! We had no idea what we we're about to receive for dinner but was very excited. Out came a large spread of food custom-made for us. The owner and his wife took the time to explain each dish we were given and how it was changed to fit our needs. Needless to say our dinner was absolutely delicious! They were so kind in making it for us! I highly recommend stopping in for a beer, or...

We went to the Palau de Arts and were looking for somewhere different to eat. In a small street, just off a major road, we found this wonderful place. Firstly, the home brewed beer is fabulous - proper lager (not some global corporate fizz) and a wonderful 6.5% IPA, just full of flavour. There is plenty of Swedish food on the menu but we didn't get to it, because the Indian food was delicious and plentiful. The most authentic Indian food we have eaten outside of India (and we've eaten quite a lot over the last 50 years!). Sanders brews the beer Shabna cooks the food and they are delightful, friendly, charming hosts. We only wish it had been busier, to give a better vibe - it certainly...
