First time to València and we booked this place for a family of 4 (two adults and two young children). We had a great experience here and highly recommend it. The check in process was quick and easy (they’re there 24hrs). Very friendly staff. We had a hire car so we decided to park in their underground car park. 90 euros for 6 nights - not cheap but we were not sure about how the parking works in the streets so we decided to go for it. It was a secure car park with reserved spaces - just be aware that entry to and exit points from the car park are extremely tight so are best for small cars (we had a Seat Arona and any bigger would be difficult!). The accommodation was excellent with modern decor, very clean, aircon and ceiling fans, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, luxury bathrooms with towels and toiletries - everything we needed was there! Our apartment faced the back (the small park) so not much to see but we didn’t mind. It was quiet in the evenings so we had good sleep. Location was great - plenty of choices for food on the same street. There is also a Carrefour Express nearby for supplies. The local attractions (Oceanografic, science museum and shops) were also within 10-15 walk. Gulliever’s park is great for kids and is about a 20 min walk away. There is a pool on the top floor (we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay) and there is a laundry room in the building too. Cleaning was done daily and always to a high standard. We would definitely like to come back and stay again!

Brand new apartments. Superb Aircon and rooms also have good ceiling fans, so never felt too warm. Kitchen ok but no oven and limited selection of utensils etc otherwise excellent. Smart TVs and good WiFi. Outside has good recycling. Bus stop (no. 19) immediately in front so easy to get to old town for 1.50 a ride. Carrefour express within 1 minute and a much larger supermarket 10 min away. Heaps of restaurants within 5 min. Pool on roof is superb albeit bit small, but has heaps of loungers, a vending machine and not ever very busy. Heaps of great shopping within 10min at Aqua mall, Cortes Ingles or the huge Saler mall just further on. Can't rate the staff high enough, all very lovely, engaging and willing to help out on any matter, thank you. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Core Apartments Valencia. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed. We were unexpectedly upgraded, which was such a lovely surprise! The bed was unbelievably comfy, and our children loved the space and the pool, it was a lifesaver in the heat. The location is ideal, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to the city. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the cleaning team worked hard to keep everything immaculate. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

I didn’t want to leave such a poor review for this stay since the establishments were beautiful and in a fantastic área of Valencia, but the poor treatment from staff and RUDE MANAGER has given me no choice.

We originally reserved a room for 4 adults, in which we planned to use the sofa bed available in room (advertised on website to reserve). When we arrived the sofa bed didn’t have bedding and they wanted to charge us for bedding. This is not a normal custom and no traveler should expect to pay an additional fee for bedding, especially in a “luxury” hotel.

In turn, since we requested bedding that should not have been charged, the staff did nothing but laugh at us, humiliate us, and speak down to us. So much to the point that during check out the RUDE MANAGER (Marcela, Marta?, unsure sorry) came out to speak OVER my mother on a wheelchair and raise her voice at her.

If you want to stay at “luxury” hotel with staff that lacks training, and a manager that bullies guest, STAY HERE !

And for the hotel staff, you could all benefit from sensitivity training and costumer service training.

Once again, I didn’t want to have to leave this review but the managers behavior left me...
