Sibarizza makes original and authentic Italian pizzas. The crust is flavorful (on its own without the toppings) with a perfect balance of homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese with whatever additional topping of your choice. There is a large assortment of pizza choices on their menu and it is easy to eat an entire pizza in one sitting due its delicious taste. Despite being quite full after just one, you are likely to consider ordering another one just to continue eating or to take home with you. It is that addictive. Chef Ose uses fresh and homemade ingredients and you know this by the awesome flavor of the food. But pizzas are not the only option available. The Grisinis are a wonderful starter. There is varied selection of salads, which are uniquely presented in a pizza crust bowl. There also burgers on the menu, and if you want a dessert that will blow your mind, I highly recommend the Nutella pizza for dessert. A nice assortment of wines was a pleasant surprise, but there are other alcoholic beverages available too. The location of Sibarizza is ideal if you are in the city center. It is nearly behind the Central Mercat and the restaurant will impress you with its higher-end atmosphere but the prices are super affordable. We're vegetarian and had Margarita and vegetarian pizzas and they both were really good! First time I took a bite of my husband's Margarita and I loved it and first time he took a bite of my veggie pizza and said he could keep eating 😅. I can definitely see why they won those awards they have on display at international food contests. The staff were all super friendly and nice too. We went there on a Saturday night and despite being busy, they quickly put a table together for us in a charming spot. The interior is a lot more cozy that how it looks from the outside. We had passed this place a few times but every time hesitated to go it because it looked a bit cold with a white light and not very cost for our liking. We're really glad we went in that night becuase it was not at all like that and the ambient from the inside feely much nicer and cozy we'd mind making it out...

A good pizza is not easy to make. Even though a bad pizza is still kind of good, a great pizza can make you happy. In Sibarizza, they make a wonderful pizza - the dough is a perfect mix of crunchy, soft and salty. All the ingredients work so well here, and nothing is left to chance.
