Wingz Chicken Factory — Restaurant in Valencia

I've been living in Valencia for four years and this was the worst service I've ever received. Actually, the other waiters were fine but the heaviest waiter had some sort of problem.

So two of us went inside and sat down. She told us we couldn't stay inside unless all of us are eating even though there was nobody inside. So we went outside and took the menu. She came and physically grabbed the menu from us and told us that only the waiters can give you menu. This was so strange and we had to then ask for the menu back.

We went back inside because we decided to eat and she tried to put us on the worst table for two in a empty place. I told her we have more people coming so we needed a bigger table.

Anyway, this wasn't just us that had a problem with her. Every few minutes someone would come in and she would tell them they have to sit outside but there were no tables outside so they had to just leave. This happen 5/6 times in the hour that we were there.

Another friend of mine came and we all ordered. The guy that came order came but me and my other friend's order never came but we didn't mind that much because we weren't that hungry.

Anyway, we order the same round of beers but for some reason they brought down completely different beers that we asked for and only to me and the friend that didn't get food. At this point I was sure she was doing it on purpose.

The bill came with all the food that didn't come on it and we had to argue to take it off. We paid and some more friends came so we went and sat outside. When we were outside you could see the waiter giving all the girls inside dirty looks when they weren't looking, it was so strange.

Finally, me or my friends won't be back until you sort this staff...

This opened in our neighborhood. We have tried many chicken places throughout the city, but this is easily the best. Despite so many places to eat, we keep going back. The chicken wings boneless are superb as are the Green Monster and Side Chick sandwiches and the Luka Texas barbecue sandwich. I always order the Arroz de Cebolla and the waffle fries are delicious as well. There is a great variety of sauces. The food and the service are never disappointing. All the staff are so friendly and, tonight, Pablo gave us exceptional service. We recommended it highly.

20/12: We have now been enjoying both dining in and Takeaway from Wingz for over two months. I have seen other reviews but, in our experience, the quality of the food and the quality of the service has not changed. We are so pleased to have this in our neighborhood and I encourage others to try. This is superior to anything we have ever had in the US (which isn’t saying too much to a lot of people) but it certainly is better than the other chicken establishments in Valencia, Especially the chain restaurants.

My only regret from the Original review is that I did not post this in Spanish because this is food everyone enjoy.

Este restaurante abrió en nuestro barrio. Hemos probado muchos lugares de pollo en toda la ciudad, pero este es fácilmente el mejor. A pesar de que hay tantos lugares para comer, seguimos volviendo. Las alitas de pollo deshuesadas son excelentes, al igual que los sándwiches Green Monster y Side Chick y el sándwich de barbacoa Luka Texas. Siempre pido el arroz de cebollita y las papas fritas waffle también son deliciosas. Hay una gran variedad de salsas. La comida y el servicio nunca decepcionan. Todo el personal es muy amable y, esta noche, Pablo nos brindó un servicio excepcional. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

20/12: Llevamos más de dos meses disfrutando tanto de comer en el restaurante como de la comida para llevar de Wingz. He visto otras reseñas, pero, en nuestra experiencia, la calidad de la comida y la calidad del servicio no han cambiado. Estamos muy contentos de tener este restaurante en nuestro barrio y animo a otros a que lo prueben. Esto es superior a todo lo que hemos probado en los EE. UU. (lo cual no es decir mucho para mucha gente), pero sin duda es mejor que los otros establecimientos de pollo en Valencia, especialmente las cadenas de restaurantes.

Lo único que lamento de la reseña original es que no la publiqué en español porque es comida que...

Used to come here for lunch few times per week however standards have shifted dramatically, thus the review.

Two things have happenned in the last 12-18 months:

Chicken supplier was changed. It used to be tender and juicy chicken, now it is a watery floppy tasteless mess. Garlic Parm boneless recipe was changed. Used to be my favourite, topped with loads of parm and garlic, now you can barely find parm cheese on the chicken and you basically eat oily, watery, tasteless and mushy object.

Sadly, a typical restaurant story where it used to be a go to place for chicken, however with destroyed standards it became the last place I will go.

Let me know if you bring back the old standards - would be nice to feel taste again.
