Decathlon City Valencia — Local services in Valencia

Im back again, I wrote a review 8 months ago when I bought a pair of MH500 WTP Quechua shoes for vigorous walking. Totally satisfied with my purchase so today going back to look for a new pair to buy in a few month's time just before Christmas. I walk tons everyday and I feel like im walking on air with these shoes. Today I will see if they have the same or even better... Its worth spending the extra money on walking shoes especially in Valencia because there is so much walking. I hope I get good customer service today. I am giving this store 5 stars for Quality and great selection. If service is bad I will reduce my star rating. They literally don't want to work here. Is this normal that I know better what they sell and what is in stock in the store and after that have to force them to bring me what I want??? Not customer oriented service! Once I got bike delivery with missing parts the only option they provided "go to online support and make a return". I have just been in decathlon taking advantage of the fact that I was doing tourism in Valencia and I have been delighted with Paula's treatment. What a lovely girl. I'm starting with powerlifting and I asked her several related questions bc I don't know much and she has explained them to me better than my own trainer! You can tell that she is dedicated to it (sorry for so many questions😅 ) I have ended up buying several clothes recommended by her for when I return to Germany because the quality is a 10/10.
