Verdecora — Attraction in Valencia

I came in to buy a bouquet as a thank you gift. Carlos put together a beautiful selection of flowers and helped me choose the perfect vase and managed to fit it perfectly within my budget. He was very patient with my beginner's Spanish and was delightful to work with and even taught me some new words. I've shopped at Verdecora several times and the selection of plants is always beautiful and well cared for. So happy that I finally had a chance to use their florist service. There were many lovely flowers to choose from and I will absolutely be back the next time I want to make a flower arrangement....

Sold us very expensive houseplants which almost immediately displayed signs of a fungal infection that could not be treated. Refused to refund us. Feel completely scammed and advise everyone not to shop here!

Good selection of products here, but staff are difficult to find. And the one girl that we finally got, a small girl wearing glasses, was not only abrupt and rude, but obviously hasn't a clue how to handle live animals. Her treatment of the fish was bordering on cruelty to animals. Disgusting. She should be fired...
