Place your place — Hotel in Valencia

I rented an apartment from this company, the second day we were robbed, the thief entered the apartment with a double key and took money from 3 places in the apartment. The police are involved in the case, forensic experts were also on the scene, the procedure is still ongoing. This happened to previous guests in the same accommodation. The hosts did not cooperate and even blamed the previous guests for making things up and wanting a free vacation. Me and my family, a five-year-old child, had a very bad experience, we were afraid for safety, but because of the investigation, we had to stay in the accommodation. Also, the company did not register 4 guests, but only one, which is mandatory in Spain. The agency may care for their clients and tourists’ needs as this is their core business. But neighbours have to bear the tourists noise all night, as, evidently, the agency’s profesionalism is not enough to cover and take care of the people who try to live their normal life with the mínimum serenity that legal boudaries - in theory - set, but that people with money seem to intentionally willing to ignore. And when this has brought up several times, only words and not real action was taken by the agency, showing a potential intentional will, on their side too, to overlook this issue. Very bad...

I recently stayed at Place Your Place for a week and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was impeccably clean and exactly as shown in the photos, making it feel like a true home away from home.

When I had to cancel the remaining three weeks of my stay, Eric was incredibly understanding and processed a partial refund quickly, which I greatly appreciated.
