I had the absolute pleasure of dining at YoSoy Sushi during my recent visit to Valencia, and I can confidently say it's one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in Spain.

The real star of the evening was the food. Every piece of sushi was a work of art—fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can tell the chefs here truly care about the quality of their ingredients and the precision of their craft. Highlights for me included the tuna tartare with avocado, the chef’s special nigiri selection, and their signature rolls, which were inventive without losing the essence of traditional Japanese cuisine.

I came back to my lovely Valencia again after more than half year and spent wonderful time there and of course we visited YoSoy. Yo Soy did not dissappoint me, but surprised me again with fresh, hight quality and tasty sushi, excellent service, delicious beer and great music!
