I'm always very picky when it comes to ice cream, but this place is perfect for picky eaters like me. No soy clienta de esta heladería, pero nos acercamos a coger el helado de roncal e higos que habían hecho por la semana de navarra. La idea me parecía buenísima, pero la ejecución resulta pésima. El roncal es un queso que me gusta y como habitualmente, no me vale la excusa de que es un queso fuerte y a lo mejor yo me esperaba algo similar a los postres de queso hechos con philadelphia. He probado helado de idiazabal en otras heladerías y cocino habitualmente postres con quesos fuertes (idiazabal, gorgonzolla, roncal...), sé lo que puedo esperar de un postre elaborado con estos productos. Recomendaría rebajar el roncal con un queso mas suave y neutro (yo suelo usar mascarpone) o con nata y aumentar notablemente la proporción de higos (que era prácticamente inexistente). Os animo a seguir experimentando con este tipo de sabores que pueden resultar sorprendentes y deliciosos cuando se atina con las proporciones. Ahora bien, probar antes de vender algo nunca...
