American diner — Restaurant in Yaiza

First off the place was empty, we asked the girl if she had a menu, she said you have to download the app, no hello no smile no nothing, we downloaded the app put in our order in, but we wanted to pay cash and asked the girl if we could do this, she said yes, you can just tell me what your order is , same girl who told us we had to download the app. The food was good we can't fault it, she was there on her own cooking and serving, but like I said the place was empty. Toilets no loo roll and nothing to dry your hands on. I doubt very much we will go back, which is a shame because burgers...

Was 45 minutes late (excusable if rushed), but what we received was cold, squashed dog food. Out of 5 adults nobody finished their food.

€50 might not be a lot, but at least a little pride in the food was expected. Small portions and every dish was a combination of overcooked, cold, squashed, or stale tasting.

Eating in-person might provide a better experience, but avoid their take away...

Staying in the area and after checking out the opening times and menu we took a walk down to order, only to find it closed. Opening times on door stated it should have been open. So glad I didn’t go through with the online order as I very nearly did. I understand times change due to peak holidays etc, but please make your customer aware of these changes. Very disappointed as food...
