It’s my mother’s birthday we came for coffee and cake , All tables are dirty while empty we was confused wether we should sit down or not , Lady came to clear a table for us to sit so while she was cleaning it I took the kids to choose their cakes the man serving the cakes ignored us. This kids was excited to choose their cake trying to show the man what they wanted to have (my kids are Spanish they was speaking to him in Spanish )and he blanked them I thought okay… maybe it’s table service so we sat down … still not getting anywhere while sitting and being patient and trying to get the workers attention so I took them to the ice cream section The woman on the icecream section was handing out the ice creams we got on the line and then when it arrived to us she also didn’t want to serve us we was standing there the kids are pointing already chosen what they have to replace the cake they can’t get she stood talking to a waiter the other side of her so we waited … and waited …. And waited …., the kids got upset We sat down again because I was completely confused and we still did not get served even speaking to them for service they did not even look at us , Strange atmosphere so we went to our ‘local’ Living here currently 12 years and I will certainly not be back I’ve had to rate 1 star otherwise I can submit our experience but I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star because we was not able to celebrate my mothers birthday we was not served and it was a waste of my day off work and upset children walking out with nothing....

It is a decent spot for pastries, if you ensure you have been given all you pay for prior to paying and leaving the premises. It was so hostile and rude we didn't...

The coffee was also fantastic. Look no further for a...
