SantoZumo Frutería Zumería — Restaurant in Yaiza

Visited this place a few times when on holiday for coffee, smoothies and breakfast. Proper smoothies made with fresh fruit and vegetables taken fresh from the counter for each new drink, not the poorer quality frozen fruit smoothies you see made elsewhere. Breakfast food is delicious and we took carry out food for lunch and afternoon tea. Spinach and ricotta tart very nice as were all the cakes we tasted. We also bought lots of fruit to take away as difficult to buy good quality fruit in supermarkets but we had peaches, kiwi, banana, grapes and oranges to keep us on our 5-a-day, which is often neglected when travelling. Staff also very helpful and speak good English....

First off they don't have a printed menu they have a qr code

I believe they are trying to be environmentally friendly as this is the vibe the place gives Local produce etc

My phone just doest like qr codes will not read them at all

So we had a look around at wht others had ordered Went to the front counter to also see what was on offer there And then worked out with the waiter what we wanted to order

Shame, pleasant looking cafe but the service was so rude and miserable. We ordered two cappuccinos and were literally given hot milk, not even 1 shot of coffee between two cups. We didn't complain, but instead ordered two espressos as we decided to add them to our milk and make proper cappuccinos. 15 minutes later, no sign of the espressos.
