Miguel and Marisol run what is, in our opinion, the most authentic tapas-style restaurant in Playa Blanca. As others have said, the tourists are normally outnumbered by the locals, but surely that is a good thing! We speak a little Spanish, but even without this you will be made very welcome, and the menu is on the wall in both Spanish and English so you will be able to order what you want. The white and rose house wines are lovely and really good value. Great food and drink with a lovely Spanish atmosphere and excellent value for money - what more could you ask for?! Even if some stuff is ready made, it's not too different from what most people do at home, hence I would still call this "cocina casera" :-) .
