You need to eat here at least once, for out of this world flavours, food, bar and staff Such a great place to eat food is super fresh cooked to order, flavours to tickle the taste buds. Went for dinner tonight as family of 4 had some fabulous dishes had to write a review Potats bravas were devine nice hot fresh crispy potatoes with a tasty spiced sauce. We also had the king prawns which came with a really good size portions and tasty too my 11 year old could not get enough of them. The chicken wings so well done fall off the bone and the rich sauce on them is something else. Finally the bbq pulled pork burger super juicy fresh cooked meat that was delicious. The location is off the sea strip on the road side about 200 yards from the roundabout with boat statue in centre of town not far past the pharmacy, don't be put off the bar is set back from the road and is not an issue at all. Staff are fun and friendly and with food this good I'm coming again All I would say is don't wear a white top and enjoy as everything is hot fresh and tasty but got to get your hands dirty with the wings and bbq pork burger but that's the fun of the feast Please please visit this amazing out of the way fun place to eat and drink

Returned again for a few meals and just can't get enough of the chicken wings the sauce is out of this world after buying enough portions we hope to recreate at home, this place was the highlight of the evening meals from our holiday order a few dishes for the table and share but wings must be part of that order, everything is cooked fresh to order and comes out super hot so please please please visit you won't be disappointed and I want to be able to return soon thanks to the whole team at Cataplasma you are amazing and so is your bar, with such tasty...

Best Food, Cocktails and Service I have had in Playa Blanca. I spent several hours at Cataplasma in a group of four. We had a wonderful time and were really impressed with the whole experience particularly as the restaurant had only been open a short time. Firstly the service was fantastic. Alberto is a wonderful host. He is attentive and very friendly as are all of the staff. The food was truly exceptional. In all we shared 8 or 9 plates of tapas during our stay and everything we ate was excellent. The ingredients were of really good quality and the flavours were amazing. We tried the Tacos, the Thai Prawns, the patatas bravas. All of these were wonderful. The stand-out dishes for us were the Croquettes which on that day were prawn and a special dish of the day Slow Cooked Beef on Mashed potato with jus. These dishes were simply amazing. Really enjoyed eating here - pops and I split croquettes, Korean chicken wings, fish tacos, and the beef cheek stew over an hour or so. At no point did we feel rushed, and at no point were we disappointed with any of the dishes we received.

The croquettes came in a really neat little chest and tasted good enough by themselves.

Next were the Korean wings which were very tender and the sauce had a lot of flavor. We had a mixture of flats and drumsticks.

The fish tacos were great, and the hot sauces that came out with them though not typically part of the meal were really flavorful - though I think the tacos would stand well themselves.

The beef stew - I am so so glad we tried this - it was tender, full of flavor and I genuinely am keen to get and try this again if I come back to Lanzarote.
