We had a great experience at the restaurant! The service is very attentive. The 14+1 dishes tasting menu is incredibly balanced, each new plate was a surprise. My personal favourite was the "cow" tartare tartlet with a brioche cream - It's the kind of dish you can have 10 of. Special mention to the amazing "Galician Ramen" - The chef comes out and pours the ramen out of a piping bag into the soup, and that solidifies them when they touch the broth - I loved that flare! The decoration, dish presentation and service is cohesive and we loved the theme. You get the local produce (E.G.: Longaniza de Graus, Banderilla Guardia Civil) but elevated. The dessert were also delicious and I specially loved the white chocolate and coffee one with a black Garlic touille. I had never tried black garlic on a dessert and it it was scrumptious! The petit-fours to complete the experience were delightful with a lovely presentation. It is a must if you are in Zaragoza. I bet it's gonna get at least a Star really soon. Thanks a million to all the team that made our evening one...

We were welcomed at 14:00 for lunch and started with some bubbles. After all the guests arrived the dishes started coming at a nice pace. The kind waiter asked what I’d like to drink and after asking for his recommendation twice he just started pouring something new when our glasses were empty.
The dishes were great and dietary restrictions were handled perfectly. Some dishes were better than others, but overall it was a very nice way of getting to taste so many flavours. We had a great time and would certainly recommend going here if you’d like to try...
Read moreWe had dinner on Friday. Every meal is incredibly well presented and we liked all of them until last plate.
We had pressa iberica, that was raw. It was very very good in terms of taste but concerned us a little bit as it is not recommended to eat raw/uncooked pork…
We were not a huge fan of deserts but the presentation was still very nicely done and it’s definitely a matter or taste.
We would have appreciate having a knife for some plates (only fork and spoon) but...
