Sawadika — Restaurant in Zaragoza

I recently visited Sawadika Vegan Thai restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

The vegan menu was extensive and offered a variety of options, including a number of traditional Thai dishes that had been adapted to be vegan-friendly with vegan meats like vegan chicken, vegan prawn, vegan beef and vegan pork. I was impressed by the creativity and thought of Thai cuisine with a vegan twist.

We ordered the soup and it was delicious! The Chicken Xen was cooked to perfection and the flavors were spot-on. The dish was also beautifully presented, which added to the overall experience.

The service was fantastic, with the staff being knowledgeable about the menu and offering great recommendations.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vegan Thai restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious vegan meal. The combination of great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a meal with friends or a romantic...

He ido varias veces. Lamentablemente mi opinión ha cambiado para peor. La primera vez valoré con 5 estrellas, ha sido imperativo rectificar. Constan ambas opiniones.

COVID: Lamentable. No hay ninguna atención en este sentido. El restaurante estaba lleno. Nos indicaron que tenían otro salón en el sótano en el que no había nadie. Así era, lamentablemente una vez estábamos cenando siguieron metiendo gente sin ningún miramiento. Dicha estancia requiere de ventilación alguna. MAL. Además se supone que han de cerrar a las 22 h. Nosotros nos apresuramos en llegar a una hora prudente para cenar y marchar a tiempo. A nuestro salón no venía nadie. Finalmente tuvimos que subir a pagar. Salimos a las 21:55 h y el restaurante seguía lleno. Nuevamente MUY MAL.

ÚLTIMA VEZ (13-02-2021) En otras ocasiones que he ido había un chico español que se encargaba del buen funcionamiento del comedor: atendía, distribuía, asesoraba... Esta vez no estaba... Empiezan los problemas. El local es atendido por extranjeros (chinos) que apenas entienden el idioma. Dicen sí, sí a todo pero no se enteran. Tuvimos un problema con un plato que en cuya comanda hubo un error. Dio igual, a pesar de protestar lo dejaron en la mesa y punto. Si quieres lo comes y si no también. Nuevamente MUY MAL. Eso no es dar servicio. En cuanto a la comida, que hasta la fecha siempre muy bien... También me dejó un poco circunspecto. No sé si han cambiado de cocinero, era recalentada y ni eso supieron hacer bien... Mal. Por desaconsejar en concreto decir que pedimos gyozas, normalitas del todo, y el wan tun frito, que no es más que una especie de empanadillas sin apenas relleno. Es comer una oblea frita sin más. Si quieres saber cuál fue mi opinión en el pasado puedes seguir leyendo. Ahora mismo no recomiendo el sitio.

PRIMERA VEZ Me gustó mucho. Tenía ganas de ir desde hace tiempo y por fin llegó el día. Comida auténtica tailandesa. Todo muy bien presentado, muy bueno y a precios razonables. El trato y el servicio fue totalmente correcto. Pedimos unas gyozas, un rollo de algas y una ensalada Som Tum Thai al centro para compartir. Muy bueno.Para mí lo más flojo la ensalada, tenía un marcado sabor a cilantro que no me va. En cuanto a los platos: Pato crujiente, muy bueno. Pato con curry, bueno, pero pica. Así que si el picante no te va no te lo pidas. No es que pique en exceso, pero claro, es un plato completo, y al rato de seguir comiendo se acusa... Los Pad Thai muy buenos. Amazing VEGAN Thai food!! Such a great surprise to find this gem. We got there at the time they were supposed to open and waited for nearly a half hour to get seated and another 15 minutes to have our order taken. Almost left... so glad we didn't!!!! BEST Thai food EVER! And we are super picky. Husband eats fish, had the scallops appetizer and said he could have eaten ten of them (!!!)
